Rare Candy has industry-leading next day payments through our payments provider, Stripe. As part of onboarding we’ll send you a secure URL to link your bank accounts with Stripe. Once you’re set up, we remit payment for paid orders the next business day.

We've built multiple ways to get your inventory online, so you can choose what works best for you:

1. Bulk Import: If you've got lots of inventory, our spreadsheet template makes it easy to upload everything at once
2. AI-Powered Listing: For graded cards, just upload your photos and our AI will do the heavy lifting - automatically recognizing and cataloging your cards
3. Manual Listing: Want to add items one at a time? No problem! Our simple listing tool lets you create custom listings with all the details collectors want to see

Important:
Making your listings look great is important to us, so we do require product photos to have their backgrounds removed. Don't worry if you're not a Photoshop pro - you can use Canva's magic background remover tool, or if you're on a Mac, the built-in background removal feature works great too!

YES! There is... White Glove Service for High-Volume Sellers (Min 100 Graded Cards or 25 Sealed product SKU’s)

Our White Glove Service makes it easy for high-volume sellers to list and manage their inventory on Rare Candy. Here’s what we’ll handle for you:

• Inventory Organization: Provide us with a list of certification numbers or export your inventory from Shopify or eBay—we’ll take care of formatting the data into a bulk uploader spreadsheet.
• Image Integration: If exporting from Shopify, we can use the included image URLs for seamless uploads.
• Price Input Assistance: We’ll send you the prepared spreadsheet to input prices or confirm them before listing.
• Comprehensive Support: If cert numbers aren’t included, we’ll work with you to gather and organize them into a listing-ready format.
• Full Listing Management: Once finalized, we’ll upload and list your inventory directly to your account.
